Being an advocate for intercultural coherence, Jen recognises that every child is unique and strives to create a safe and supportive learning environment that embraces diversity, fosters appreciation and celebrates differences. She is committed to becoming co-learners with children, supporting them in their journey of lifelong learning. Embedded in her pedagogy is the belief that meaningful and authentic education is one that allows children to make connections between their learning and real life, making project-based learning the essence of her teaching. A lover of nature and outdoor education, Jen enjoys taking nature walks and curating learning experiences beyond the classroom walls.
